The society also runs Safely Home (Alzheimer Wanderer's Registry), a national registry in co-operation with local police and RCMP departments across Canada. One-time fee of $25 for bracelet.

Czorney is the first stand-alone residential care facility in Fraser Health designed specifically to meet the needs of people with Alzheimer's disease. It houses 36 residents in three home-like cottages, equipped with full facilities including sleeping accomodation for families of individuals with Alzheimer's disease.Fraser Health operates the facility.
The Centre also provides space for an Alzheimer Society of B.C. Resource Centre and an Adult Day Care Centre serving the community.
