This is a non-threatening confidential link for caregivers who are experiencing stress, anziety, feelings of inadequacy, isolation, loneliness, lack of social stimilation, unresolved feelings, coping with sibling relationships, caring for aging parents, everyday struggles, preparation for future care needs or any myriad of other problems they may be having.
The experience of caregiving can be a very difficult one. With adequate support caregivers find it a rewarding experience.

Offers educational, emotional and social support to family caregivers who provide care to a loved one with a chronic or long-term illness, disability or frailty. Services include one-on-one support, day and evening support groups, workshops, educational series for caregivers and linking to needed resources. Minimal coverage cost for educational series only. Support groups meet as follows: last Monday of the month: Newton Come Share, 7 pm to 9 pm third Wednesdy of the month: Northcrest Care Facility, 10 am to noon; Kennedy House, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
